A LEGENDARY STEAKHOUSE
As you enter this legendary steak house you would think you stepped back in time through the door of Sardi’s in New York City’s theatre district. Established in 1984, the interior remained untouched for three generations of ownership. In serious need of an update, the design brief was simply to maintain its heritage yet breathe new life into this well-loved steakhouse and to provide a spirited design while maintaining the restaurants rich heritage. To delicately craft a what’s new is old and what is old is new was the undertone of the re design. Big Steaks meant big design.
